Bought two of these blades for cutting laminate for flooring. I did two rooms worth and they did a good job. I'm really a novice wood worker, so I don't have anything to compare them to, but I know the price for the blades was right. I wanted to get a blade that could do the job for a decent price and that was what I received. I will be doing additional flooring in the house over the next few months and the blades hopefully will continue to hold up for cutting laminate. I used one on my miter saw and one on my tables saw. This is totally off subject, but something I wanted to share. If you find yourself doing a project that involves cutting baseboard for your home and you have an obtuse (greater than 90 degree angle), here's the trick: Take the angle (e.g. 130) subtract it from 180 and divide the result by 2. This will give you the angle for your cuts. I researched the internet for hours and finally found this. Just want to put that out there for anyone who runs into the same issue I did! Anyway, great blade for the price. I would recommend picking one up.

I bought two of these. One for my Dewalt Miter saw and another for my Dewalt table saw. I am primarily using these to lay laminate flooring in rental homes. I did one home with the original Dewalt blades that came on the saws. They did the job. I laid about 2,000sf of laminate. The Dewalt table saw blade had no issues although I only had a few rip cuts. The miter saw blade did the job but after about 300 to 500 sf the blade started to burn the edges of the laminate when it cut. I could smell it burning and it left the edges black for the remainder of the job. By the end I could also feel the blade was having trouble cutting. Both blades also did some chipping on the edges of the laminate. None of this was a big deal as the edges are covered by moulding. These Kempston blades cut very smoothly and there is absolutely no resistance for the blade to cut through the laminate. I have now laid about 1700sf and the blades are like new, still cutting like they did on the first board. I will definitely be buying more of these when they do wear out. I haven't tried other blades, but unless their performance is just spectacular and they last forever I can't see paying the difference. I believe these Kempston blades are very reasonably priced.
